Data and access
Zero access to start. Every step after that is yours.
What we read, what we keep, and the things we never do.
Six commitments
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access comes in four steps
You choose each one. You can stop at any of them.
1. The first conversation needs none.
We ask how your week runs. We never ask to see your systems or your mail.
2. A sample, only if you want to send one.
A week of bank lines, a month of status emails, a channel export. You pick what goes. We use it to show the shape of a result.
3. Read-only access, once you decide.
We ask to read only what the job needs. For a daily books check, that's your books and bank feeds. For a status desk, it's your order system and the service inbox.
4. Off, any day you like.
Switching off access stops the work at once. You don't need us to do it.
What read-only means
It can look. It can't send, reply, delete or move a thing.
Where a draft helps, it saves the draft for a person to send.
What “a person approves” means
Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or changes a record by itself.
It prepares the work and puts it in front of a named person on your team. That person reads it and decides. If they do nothing, nothing happens.
When the work ends
We keep what the job needs, and no more. When the work ends, we delete it. Ask sooner and we delete it sooner.
Ask us directly
Bring your data questions to the first conversation. We'd rather hear the question than leave you guessing.
Next step
Count it with us first.
One conversation, about an hour, with one of our co-founders. It's free and needs no access.
Every message is read by a person, with a reply most often inside one working day.
